Riding The Rails

I finally got a chance to take the boys on the new light rail train that runs from our home town to the coast. My oldest liked it, but my middle LOVED it. He is way into trains. You know, he has the whole Thomas The Train setup at home that he plays with daily.

My Dad and nephew met up with us at one of the stops as a surprise for the boys. It was fun to see their eyes light up twice within one hour. The rest of the ride was great. We got to the coast and had lunch, then jumped on the return ride home. It was a good way to cap off the Easter break.
